Went in today and met with Q. Great customer service! Ended up saving $100 off my bill by switching plans. Nice to go into the store and receive great customer service. If you need to visit Verizon wireless store, go to CC location and ask for Q ??

I've been a long time customer of Verizon. I came in for help today and was worried about the reviews I read here but was immediately comforted. Q helped me - he was so incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and sweet. I felt like I was being helped by a friend. Loved the experience - thank you!!
