I practice yoga at soul play for a little more than a year, since I moved to Culver City. The unlimited membership is perfect.They have so many kinds of classes and instructors. And they are always trying new ones. It's super worth it.

It is a small studio that offers a beautiful community. I stop by for the reiki and restorative yoga in the evenings. It is a powerful way to engage the parasympathetic nervous system and release tension.
