“After struggling to find a sustainable workout routine because of recurring back pain caused by years of running, I decided to give weightlifting a try, even though it felt intimidating. After 3+ months at SixPax, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy the program and love the changes I'm seeing in myself! All of the coaches are very friendly, know you by name, and are the perfect blend of encouraging & challenging. It's also refreshing and motivating to see all ages and body types at the gym doing the program! The free kickboxing classes are a great bonus too :) I would highly recommend SixPax to anyone wanting to grow in their fitness journey!”

“I’ve been going to F45 in Culver City since October of 2022 which is a huge feat for me cause I’ve never stuck with a gym for more than 6 months. For me, it’s the combination of succinct and challenging courses led by enthusiastic instructors that has kept me coming back. I recommend F45 for anyone that wants to take the stress out of exercise and just wants to get their body in shape!”

“Love. Love. And love. The quality of the equipment including the heart monitor and stats are fantastic! The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly and the coaches are awesome and supportive. I love the mixture of activities (3G) and enjoyed the entire hour. Even though it’s hard work and I didn’t think I could do it…I felt so accomplished afterward.”

“I LOVE 9Round Culver City! Miranda and her team are phenomenal. As someone who travels a lot for work and visits various gyms, this is by far my favorite. The trainers are what make it an exceptional gym and workout. The various stations incorporate cardio, punching, lifting, and trainer-led engagement. The trainers at this club challenge you physically and mentally while also making sure you are maintaining correct form and technique which is so so important. No set class times helps you easily incorporate it into your daily work/life routine and I can say I’ve left every workout feeling stronger EAGER to return the next day. 10/10 recommend 9Round and ESPECIALLY this location!!”

“Great gym with great coaches. Have done a number of sessions here. Only giving 4/5 because the gym is kinda dirty/dusty. For the price of the membership I really feel like there should be some more premium amenities such as a dedicated cleaning crew. Lots of the equipment sitting around the gym has lots of dust collecting on it and the bathrooms are a little run down. Other than that, no complaints!”

“Logic Fitness is amazing! In 2022 I was having a challenging time getting back on my wellness journey after surgery. My muscle mass dropped significantly, and I was constantly feeling weak. After a quick online search, I came across Logic Fitness and scheduled an initial consultation. I have always had my reservations about gyms, but during my initial visit, I almost immediately knew that Logic Fitness was the place for me.The level of knowledge and patience that Sam, Sean and Crystal have is superb. The customized workout plans are easy to follow and can quickly be modified when needed. This was a new experience for me, which naturally would put me out of my comfort zone. With confidence, I am happy to share that I never felt uncomfortable inside of Logic Fitness. Truly one of the best investments I’ve ever made for myself. Within a short time I began feeling much stronger and have gained a new look on working out. Thank you Logic fitness!”

“I've trained at probably 30+ gyms and counting and Different Breed is arguably in the top 5. Pros: - Plenty of equipment. Built similar to a Crossfit Box so appeals more toward powerlifters, weightlifters, cross fitters rather than strongmen/women. Ground is reinforced so you can drop bumper plates throughout most of the gym. Equipment also is well-maintained and functional. - No crowds. This is possible in part because there are no classes just private training. If you come weekday evenings, you often have the gym to yourself. - Access to speaker system via tablet with Spotify. Big plus to control the music. - Kyle (the owner) creates a friendly atmosphere and didn't upsell me when I joined, which is typical of globe gyms. No initiation fees, month-to-month, easy cancellation. - Plenty of street parking and a small private lot in the back. The furthest that I parked from the gym was probably 25 feet from the front entrance. - 24 hrs facility via phone app access. Also a great sell since most gyms have limited hours on Sundays. - Kyle and the trainers sometimes lift up the garage doors in the front and back. Allows for fresh air and extra light. - Place is clean. One of the trainers consistently vacuums the place. - Gym members are friendly. Cons- Not much other than nitpicking a few small things (e.g., would be nice to have a water cooler or fountain, there were two occasions where a member left some blood on the barbells). - Price is a little high if you're a student, but you do get a lot out of the membership.”

“I like this gym a lot. I like that it's small and clean. I do however wish that they included paper towels in the bathrooms as they're far more hygienic than air dryers. I also wish they found a better location for the cable machine as it's right in the walkway to the weight section. It would be nice to have an additional squat rack and lockers, but now I'm just getting carried away. All in all, I enjoy this gym and will continue going.”

“prime location, clean facilities, friendly staff, validated parking, steam room, earth bar, the basics for lifting and cardio. only negative is this is easily the most crowded gym i've ever been too and that's including gyms i've joined when living in NYC and SF. perhaps it's a LA thing....”

“It's a smaller club, but it has everything you need. After the COVID lockdowns, I really needed to get healthy, and Gold's Gym Culver City was just the place. The turf area is perfect for stretching and warming up. The machines and free weight area are kept in good condition. They have a squat rack and a smith machine for squats. The locker rooms are clean and music is good. There are a bunch of new cardio pieces too.If you need to get healthy, I recommend Gold's Gym Culver City!”

“Ok so the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because I think I noticed on the third floor ceiling where the weights are, there is mole forming. The staff is good in that they generally greet you unless their distracted or on their phone. It's usually crowded after work but on black Friday it was around 3pm and it was perfect. A lot of machines were open, the cardio machines had open spaces to workout in. It was nice.”
