The process of finding the right box, bubble wrap, styrofoam, taping, measuring, weighing, then calculating and making all the choices was frustrating and it was always twice as much as I expected. And then I discovered Gina. I will NEVER again go to a UPS store or a FedEx location and have them handle packing and shipping for me. Gina and her team take all of my frustrations away. She is about the nicest person on earth. She loves what she does, and she's been doing it for 20+ years. She knows how to safely package heavy and fragile electronics. She knows how to get lower rates. Gina knows. She just knows. EDIT: I just shipped a 30+ pound, expensive, fragile amplifier PLUS a super fragile tube pre-amplifier via Gina. I literally dropped the gear off, she measured it, weighed it, gave me an exact price (very reasonable price!), and I left. A few days later all the gear arrived at the destination across the country in good working order. The recipient said everything was very well packaged. Gina is my hero!!!”

“Thank you! The team at this store helped me 4 days in a row as I was clearing out a storage unit and shipping all varieties of items. A special shout out to Trevor especially on all the days and also to Adrian on day 4. The first three days I went directly after the storage unit closed at 6pm in order to arrive at this UPS store as early as possible before they closed at 7pm. On my last day in town, I arrived at the UPS store earlier in the day before my flight and they worked with me to estimate the cost of my final shipment so that I could continue onward to the airport. I appreciated your going above and beyond to work with me. It meant a lot to me to have your support during this transitional time!p.s. bring along some cash as they have a tip jar in case you feel inspired to support all they do! “My experience in this FedEx was super smooth! They had some really cool/updated printing machines and I wasn't sure how to operate them. Lol. But someone at the printing center explained it to me. And everything was crystal clear after that (UPS felt super antiquated after my printing service at FedEx). He was super quick with shipping my package too! I have no idea why this FedEx has so many negative reviews. I had a fantastic experience!”

“No one expects a visit to the post office, bank or dentist to be pleasant. And yet every time I go to this location I find the customer service of the staff I interact with to be exceptional for the area. They keep the items stocked, will explain costs and postage options in detail and are generally willing to work with folks of all experience levels to get what they need done. I don’t ever feel rushed nor have I found them to be unpleasant no matter the day or length of line. We also have more self service kiosks than Inglewood’s offices. And better stamp variety.”
