“I can't speak to their actual repair skills, but I wanted to say that these guys appear to be the pinnacle of professionalism. This is more of a story than a review but today I witnessed the guy running the Geek Squad check-in desk have the patience of a saint. I was sitting at the counter waiting on a diagnostic on my phone when a woman came in with her laptop. She was so loud the entire area can hear her say that her computer is littered with viruses. Instead of just telling the guy what's wrong she launches into an entire story about how she was scammed by another IT place who didn't get rid of the virus even though she paid them a ton of money and then launched into a whole thing about how the internet is full or spam, scams, danger, etc. The man at the desk remained extremely professional and tried to help her whenever she let him get a word in edgewise. THEN in the middle of her check-in she got a call from the original IT company that worked on her computer. I know this because for at least ten minutes was fighting with him ON SPEAKER for not fixing her computer. It was an extremely rude and truly bizarre thing to do in public. So I just wanted to say bravo to the Geek Squad for being so patient and doing their best with what seemed like a tough customer. Also, thanks for looking at my phone.”
“This review is a year overdue, long story short, forgot the girl's name that worked there that helped me but I remember her saying it was her last day cause she was transferring, anyway, she convinced me to get the clear Tech21 case for my phone and a screen protector. Usually I'm a careful person but, the other night I fell down the stairs and dropped my phone 3 floors and the case was hardly scuffed (I'm fine) but yeah. Get the damn phone case and screen protector - the people here are honest lol. Thanks all, a year later, but thanks.”
“This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough.”
“I luv it I was in and out looking to purchase a refrigerator I went through it with home depot and never got a refrigerator after 3weeks of dealing with them after they left the refrigerator in my living room after they didn't show up and I took off work twice. Lowes had me messed up the price was ridiculous so best believe I'm very happy I went to best buy the guy in the refrigerator section omg I got what I wanted and was in and out and pleased thank you so much I will be back”
