“I came here this past week with my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and I was so impressed by Jennifer. She accommodated us 30 min before our appointment and we needed that because it took quite a while to convince my daughter to go thru with it! She was clean, thorough in her explanations, kind, patient and empathetic. We got fantastic results (right on target and quick!) and we were all happy once we walked out. I know not all experiences are as pleasant, but I was very happy with her level of training and professionalism, especially with a 6 year old girl who was freaking out!”

“Unsure why there’s bad reviews here about customer service because I had SUCH a great experience!! Maybe it was different when they first opened? it doesn’t seem like the case now though. The staff were all so friendly, patient, and helpful even though I took forever to decide on what I wanted zapped on. I got assistance from Nikki who gave me advice and then ultimately I had Jules do the zapping. Jules was super attentive and considerate. At one point I felt unsure about the hook size of the charm on the bracelet and being the people pleaser I am, I didn’t want to bring it up but she was able to pick up on my slight hesitation (even as I responded it looks ok) and asked if I wanted her to find a charm with a smaller hook/ring (which I didn’t even know was an option) and she was able to find a better one for me! I’m super happy and in love with how it turned out. Definitely 100% satisfied both with the bracelet and customer service! Definitely give them a chance and check this place out.”
“I had such great service. Cat knew what charms I was talking about right away. She let me know that while one style was retired, she had the other ones i wanted. She also showed me the silver version of the letters I wanted, as I wanted the rose gold ones. Went above and beyond to let me know Citadel had the rose gold ones, and that she could call to verify and have them hold for me, so that I don't waste my time. Her and another young lady, I think she said her name was Alisha or Felicia, I can't remember, made my day very stress-free. Will definitely be back again.”

“This is the best jeweler I’ve ever been to. My platinum engagement and wedding rings had flattened due to the malleability of the metal and due to wear. My engagement ring is vintage from the 1920’s and has very intricate detail work in the setting that had broken, and both rings had loose and missing gemstones and diamonds. I have previously gone to a couple different jewelers, as this isn’t the first time my rings have suffered from wear, but no other jeweler has done such beautiful and precise work before. They even fixed some of the shoddy repair work of previous jewelers. In addition to the amazing work they did on my rings, I was running late to pick them up, and they stayed behind late to make sure I got them in time for a trip. I’m so happy to have found them, and they will be my forever jeweler from now on!”
