I came to Rothstein jewelers and they did it for half the price and with much nicer customer service. They even cleaned and polished a friends silver chain at no cost. Shirley has a ton of beautiful pieces and I have been happy with the quality so far. The experience however is what you would expect from a snobbish Beverly Hills store. Zero customer service, no personalized shopping experience and unless you're spending several thousand dollars you are treated like a second class citizen. Shirley's store is beautiful but go elsewhere if you would like to be treated like a human”

“The thing with Peter is why he will be one of my fav jewelers. I was treated like family and go see when I’m in California. Is because my brother went to him looking for a watch. And Peter knew I wasn’t buying anything but treated me as if I was my brother bought a watch that cost 100k the hole time Peter talked to us both when I made it clear I wasn’t buying anything he offered us water and told us about great restaurants. And jewelry. I wish I got to see that watch in all, different colors he told me about. But he is your guy if you want to be treated good no matter your race or what you look like coming through his door. He treats you like a celebrity. Most jewelers hate when your in thier store not buying and your just. With the guy who is buying but. Not him he is very knowledge about jewelry I put him to the test..lol he was extremely smart in the diamonds clarity, questions I asked him. And even has things not everybody sees I think he has so much jewelry in their. He forgot everything he does have that guys very rich. If your looking for watches from 10k to a Million dollars he is your man it’s good to set a appointment up. With him and tell him what kind of things your looking for so he can be ready you don’t have 100millon dollar insurance as a jeweler of his level and can’t get a few things sent to you before an appointment.
