5 stars to Vivian, the cashier. She has helped me before when I ordered a toaster oven online, and had to pick it up at the store. She is professional, helpeful, efficient and on top of things! Vivian helped us again today and made sure we scanned our coupons. My friend and I bought a few things, but the main items were patio chairs. We brought our own bags which Vivian was grateful for and she quickly bagged everything. Thank you Vivian!!”

Had to go all the way to the back of the store. There was a line. But once I got to the counter I was out in two minutes.”
“Let me start by saying.....OMGOSH HOW ADORABLE!!! New favorite place to come to. The staff is very welcoming and ready to assist anyone with questions or assist you with merchandise questions. You can find almost something for everyone in your group. The hardest part is what to choose.”
“I love this Ross, especially the good vibes from the employees. They always have a smile when they greet the customers. I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”
“I mostly do my shopping online when it comes to Macy's so I mostly only know about their online pick up station. It is also the item return/customer support station. While they have two lines, one for online, one for returns. I just recommend getting into the return line. They'll still be able to help you as it's the same staff. But if the line for returns gets busy they'll at times prioritize working that line down before seeing online guest. If you're coming from the mall entrance, pick up is the opposite entrance bottom floor. If your coming from the parking outside, your in luck, right by the doors. Make sure you take your ID and have the bar code ready. Ain't no one wanna watch you struggle to find it. And the parking by the entrance is usually extremely packed as it's prime parking real estate. Save yourself the time, park farther and make the walk, get your steps in. Could spend hours waiting for a spot. Staff is fast, courteous, and fast.”
“Yes, the place is a bit dirty, the employees/owner(s) can be a bit brash at times, but as long as you're just there to shop and go about your business, it's a great shop. They have all sorts of odd, and unique things, among other useful household items that are well-priced. And despite the name being "99¢ Depot" which may seem misleading, the prices are fair in my opinion. The receipts now say "Dollar Plus Depot" as the name which is more accurate so they may be in the process of changing their name. Despite the shortcomings, it's a great place to find craft supplies, cheap tools, organizers, kitchenware, and other basics that can cost a fortune at department stores or can only be found online.”
“This is a nice Macy's with excellent Customer Service. Specifically, The Cashier LaNette from the Women's Department was cheerful, respectful, and incredibly helpful during today's Labor Day Holiday sale. Five Stars for this Macy's location, Customer Experience, and great Holiday Sale!”
“My only issue with this store is that the Target app doesn't want to work properly when ever I enter this location. As soon as I step outside the store the app works fine again. But as soon as I enter my cell service slows and the app doesn't want to work.”
“This particular target is located in the Fox Hills Mall. It is located on the second floor of the mall. It's a usual target with all of the expected items for sale. Staff is usually helpful and that has been a recent issue for this particular store as there is now security, items throughout the store in lock boxes and asset security at the front door. There's ample parking on the third floor of the mall as it connects to the Target via elevator. You can pick up orders here as well and there's also a drive-up spot on the roof parking lot.”
“My second time coming here I come in only on Sundays as it’s my only day off my first purchase a couple weeks back I purchased dolce and gabanna pour femme & dolce and gabanna 3 L’imperatrice eau de toilette today I purchased victor and Rolf flowerbomb eau de toilette it was a beautiful birthday gift to my self i recommend this location if your looking for a perfume you can never find at Macy’s or Sephora I come here and find them here I’m a perfume fanatic customer service is always good to me thank you ? guys best team answered my questions and I appreciate the young ladies that were there ?”
“This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough.”
