“These guys are great. Did a beautiful job on a low door, dent and scrape on my car, took only three days.Recently, I had my car in for a service at the dealer and they told me they couldn’t open the hood. They said the only way they could do it would be pry it open and cause some damage.I took the car to Ultimate Coachworks. Right away they knew exactly what to do and could open the hood without damaging anything.They had my wife and I wait in their office and less than 30 minutes later they had opened. the hood and fixed the broken cable mechanism. I asked what I owed them and they said no charge.You don’t get service like that too many places these days.”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”

“This morning I brought my Toyota Mirai for the second time and got a Regency wash, both times I brought my car with minimal dirt on the floor matts and the vacuum job along with the wipe down is great. They even took out the small trash can I had in the back seat last time and my trash trash can that I have attached to my passenger seat, the individual at the time went as far as to replace the trash bag I have in there as well. It’s definitely the little things that matter that I wasn’t expecting. The exterior turned out good too, even tho there’s always some little things here and there because it’s only a car wash and not a detail. Will come back.”

“I came in late morning/early afternoon when it wasn't too busy and received such amazing service! Everyone was so kind and nice, with a great gift shop full of temptations.
I came in with a dirty car with a back seat decorated with husky fur. It was THICK, I regret not having a before and after.
The nice guy at the front explained my options and answered all of my questions. I wish I got the name of the guys who assisted me, because they were MIRACLE WORKERS! You can't tell an animal has stepped on this vehicle at all! I couldn't recommend a better car wash. Highly recommend coming in when it isn't too busy if you want a thorough clean.”
