There are a lot of tweakers and transients in the immediate area but the guys do a good job keeping loiterers out and they don't put up with BS. I could care less about the value of the merch at this point. I don't mind supporting business owners with extra $ to shop at a safer place and be at an establishment where customer service is still valued. Thanks guys”

They have a good variety of options and overall everything is cheaper then the other shop I would go to and they sometimes do great deals. I went in there a couple years ago with a broken globe on my vape, to be honest I stopped at a few places before going here since I had never been yet. Every place just went by the part number and said they couldn't help me out of stock, genki started out the same way but before I could leave one of the staff started going through all the globes they had by hand to see if anything would fit. Sure enough she found one! It only took them 5 or 10 min and now they have a loyal customer. Very happy with every visit, honest and friendly people.”

They have an abundance of smoking utensils to choose from at competitive prices. I hate going into vape shops and everything goes silent, you could actually hear the cracks of their necks to look at "Who dares enter into their sanctuary de Vapor!?" When I walk into this store they ask me straight out if I need help. The best part is when you say "I am just looking" or "I need a minute to figure out what I am looking for." They don't jump on you and demand you tell them what you need, or hover right over you smiling and nodding like some insane starved vape fiend waiting for you to throw some scraps. They are the best at finding or trying to find the Vape you need or if you give them some hints about the item you forgot the name of. They are like Vape magicians!
