“I don't like going into vape/smoke shops, but this is an exception. The owners are nice people, great businessmen and provide wonderful customer service. There are a lot of tweakers and transients in the immediate area but the guys do a good job keeping loiterers out and they don't put up with BS. I could care less about the value of the merch at this point. I don't mind supporting business owners with extra $ to shop at a safer place and be at an establishment where customer service is still valued. Thanks guys”

They have a good variety of options and overall everything is cheaper then the other shop I would go to and they sometimes do great deals. “They make you feel like you’ve known each other a long time - they are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. One time my card was rejected for payment. Several times I tried before finally giving up. You know I was feeling embarrassed and I didn’t want to hold up any other customers. But he said don’t worry. It’s ok. Try one more time. So I looked around , sighed, and swiped my card one more time. And it went through! I know it’s in his best interest to help me make a payment, but he was patient and understanding in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed. Idk why but that experience really struck me because there are so many people who are insensitive to the experience of others who just don’t care about how another person might be feeling.”

I went in there a couple years ago with a broken globe on my vape, to be honest I stopped at a few places before going here since I had never been yet. Every place just went by the part number and said they couldn't help me out of stock, genki started out the same way but before I could leave one of the staff started going through all the globes they had by hand to see if anything would fit. Sure enough she found one! It only took them 5 or 10 min and now they have a loyal customer. Very happy with every visit, honest and friendly people.”
