This bank is always busy on Saturday mornings, mainly because they have a ton of teller windows and only 1 or 2 tellers ever working. Today no line at all because apparently they aren’t open anymore on Saturday mornings, unbeknownst to the parking lot full of baffled customers. Longest wait ever just to make a straight deposit. They are really nice here, which is great but many of us are running to the bank on our lunch break or on a time crunch. I do not see why someone who is making a straight deposit with no other transactions has to was 20 mins! It would be so very smart to open a deposit... read full comment
