“I reached out to Treeium Inc. to see if I could get a free estimate on a project for my frontyard (pavements and gates).Ashley, was the one who assisted me. She listened to what my needs were and sent me a link to look at all the different kinds of impressive pavements that had been done. Unfortunately they did not do gates, but Ashley went out of her way to find a specialist and made a note for them to assist me - regarding the gate. You do not see this 'going the extra mile' service often these days!I sense her smiling (by her voice) throughout our phone conversation; she was nice, cheerful, and very informative.Regardless of the outcome of weather I hire or not, I made an appointment for this Friday.I just wanted to say "Thank you Ashley for your excellent customer service and for your help - you're awesome!"”

“I came to this location 3 days in a row trying to find some parts for my shower head and the first two days NOT A SOUL could or would help me. Nobody knew and the ones who tried would just give up. Until Kenny. Kenny made my 2 hr trip into a 15 minute trip and I am so grateful. He was extremely knowledgeable, super quick, and great attitude. He seemed like the only person who took his job seriously and knew what he was doing. The other kids working there might need more training in products and customer care. Check out people were really nice too.”

“I always get friendly service at Lowe's. I'm a Carolina girl, so I grew up in Lowe's. It's a better layout, in my opinion. Went to Lowe's for specialty light bulbs for my daughter's floor lamp. We were approached by Frank, he was super helpful and engaging. He provided us with guidance on wattage and specifications on the base sizes. They were exactly what she needed and at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant visit.”

My husband had an experience on his last visit where an employee did not help him when the system was not redeeming the store credit we had, however this time around, Giselle was able to help us and took the extra step to look him up in the system to confirm his identity and continue use of the gift card. “This store was really helpful and insightful for when I had just came in. I was referred to by a floor planner that I was working with and right as I came into the store I was greeted and helped with immediately. There were several customers inside being helped and I got helped as soon as they were done. I came in asked for silver underlayment they helped me find the right one and got me in and out with a snap of a finger.”

“In my experience service at Home Depot shouldn't be expected. This Home Depot maybe the exception! Not only were there employees who were visible and present in the isle where I was looking for a part ( plumbing ) but no less than 3 different employees approached me and asked "can I help you". I don't remember the last time I was provided unsolicited service at a Home Depot let alone seen a an employee available to ask a question in the isle I was looking for something...usually I have to flag someone down or wander the warehouse ( for an hour ) until some miraculously appears who then says, "let me get someone to help you". I guess I won the Home Depot lottery that day. I was honestly shocked. My response to the person "I'm good", which was not true but I was mostly shocked. When I finally figured out and could put into words my question...I turned around and one of the people who asked if they could help me...was there to help and answered my question! I got what I need, paid via self service checkout and left! The best Home Depot experience of my lifetime From my experience this is not common! Had to write a Yelp...to encourage people (to write Yelps) if they've had the same experience and to support this (unique?) store.”

“This has become the spot I buy my Christmas tree from each year. A few years ago after purchasing my tree, my car battery wouldn't start in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for help and was told employees aren't allowed to help because of liability reasons. That was not fun, but luckily a man in a truck parked nearby and he was nice enough to jump-start my battery. I was very impressed this year by Home Depot's plant selection in the Garden department. I got my husband a fiddle leaf fig that was almost as tall as me for $36! Also there was a very nice customer in the measuring tape aisle that recommended which Stanley product to get as a gift, which was time-saving and appreciated. I've been here plenty of times for random needs like spray paint or a shower drain snake and it's always been a positive experience as parking is easy, checkout had been quick, and items are in-stock.Will continue to frequent and recommend to others.”
