Such a nice place to live. The complex is maintained very well at all times and feels very safe. The manager, Lee is outstanding to work with and wants all residents to be happy and enjoy the comforts of home. This is a jewel in Costa Mesa and close to all things happening. :)

We absolutely love it here. Lee is truly fantastic and will help you feel right at home immediately. It's a quiet and safe community. Super pet friendly too! Our dogs love it as Well. I am so thankful we found this spot and we are beyond happy to call it home.

I just moved to Eastside Apartments and it has been great so far. The Community Director, Lee, has been fantastic and has made sure I'm set up with everything I need. The location is amazing too, I love being able to walk everywhere.
