Kind encounter with the owner/manager today.Appreciate 949 Storage as I've rented their storage units for over 10 years for clients and staff as I always know the property is safe and secure.

Good customer service. They don't take advantage of your minor mishaps.

I just now got off of the phone with the management and they have agreed to refund the unused amounts. I am told that my check will be cut and sent tomorrow. I can now say that I am satisfied with 949 Storage. They reviewed the situation and came to an agreement that makes everyone happy. Thank you again.
