Customer service is excellent. The staff is polite, and seems to be eager to help. Their products are made very well I own several things from Madewell.

I really appreciate the Madewell store in Corte madera. Absolutely great customer service. Lots of inventory. If they don't have your size, they'll order it for you. Great sales people!

Rough experience when returning a sweater the manager said she couldn’t do it only at a discount but it was a couple of days before the holiday extended return. Went to marina in San Francisco and they honored my receipt since I still had tags on it.

Had the worst shopping experience at this store last Friday ever. I had some pieces of clothing I needed to return due to basically falling apart at the seams. I walked in explained I did not have my receipt but I should be in the system as I was part of the rewards program. The first assistant could not be bothered what so ever . She half heartedly attempted to enter my email in her system but was unable to find me in her system. She was very rude and basically said she was unable to help me without my receipt . The second assistant was very helpful and willing to help me and work with me and she was able to locate me in the system. She said it would be totally fine for me to exchange the faulty jeans for a new pair in store. After finding a pair that were comfortable she came back to the fitting room and said I could no longer exchange the faulty jeans. They could patch them up for me ! A multi million dollar company is offering a patch up service on faulty jeans. This was the decision from the store manager at this branch who was sadly like a robot. No customer support and just a very lame Attitude to me as the customer. This store is possibly the worst experience I have ever come across in my entire life. To be saying one thing to a customer then only to retract the decision was highly unprofessional and totally sub standard. Madewell in Corte Madera turned out to be a shopping nightmare.

SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE EVER! They always say hello and greet you when you come in. Y'all need to calm down about the small things that the employees can't control. Even though they are short staffed they are always trying to help me with returns and purchase's.

I am a sucker for Madewell jeans, great quality! I love them so much, that I call them "MADwell" because I am mad about these jeans. I shop at this store often for the past 3 years. This location is the only location I have been to for Madewell. I have had a few bad service days where the ladies were just not feeling it to help me out. But I have more great service days where I tell them what I need and they give me all their personal favs to what is popular and also take in account what I am looking for. Love this store for my jean needs.

Came here looking for jeans. Francesca, their denim specialist, was a huge help! She was knowledgeable, helpful and really sweet. She helped me choose a pair that was ideal for my body-type. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, the wash I was interested in and the cuts I wanted to try. She made some great suggestions and even called over another girl to assist. Francesca & Pearl were wonderful to shop with! Will definitely be shopping with them again!

LOVED coming here! It was my first time here and I will definitely come back again. The sales associate that assisted me was Adela, she was extremely helpful and made sure I found the style of jeans I was looking for. Also the store manager Pearl was really nice and helped me order clothing online that they unfortunately didn't have in store. Environment was great. Costumer service was great. Clothing was great! :)

Legit the bitchiest girls work here and always have an attitude. I don't understand why they're always so mad and unwilling to help or be understanding. I avoid this place every chance I can and go to any other madewell possible.

This store has some great clothing and the associates are always really helpful, but every single tshirt I've bought there has spontaneously developed holes. This has happened with this and last year's crop. Must be something to do with the fabric. It has nothing to do with this location as I have had the same experience with tees bought at different locations. Has anyone else experienced this?
