Neither car needed anything more than routine maintenance, which. was always expertly performed. Technicians do a great job, maintenance records are expertly kept and the whole operation seems highly professional, inspiring our confidence in both the car and the business. Our car is always returned freshly washed , dusted and vacuumed. The waiting area is open and airy, well ventilated, comfortably furnished. Staff are highly professional and helpful.”

Ultimately, they tried to charge me over three times what I ended up paying in Marin for necessary jobs, and they didn’t even provide reasonable videos / pictures or offer to take me to the garage so that I could see things myself. That experience only confirmed what I have been telling people for three years: I don’t plan to take my vehicle anywhere else. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JAGUAR MARIN ENOUGH! If you are able to get your car serviced here, you are extremely fortunate. You will be treated the right way, which sets them apart from just about every other business in the automotive industry. “Our daughter got a flat tire near this service station and the nicest man came over from the station and offered to help her change the tire. I believe his name is Osama. He took the tire off and discovered a nail and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new tire. The tire was changed in an hour! Excellent service. So we decided to get my Camry's 5K maintenance serviced here and are very happy with the job and the price. Yay, we've found our new service station!”
