“Perfect experience! After booking an international trip today I realized my passport had expired. I scrambled to get the renewal going, printed my forms, and came here to get the photos taken. The woman working was very knowledgeable about the entire passport process. She took the photo (and it's actually a good photo) and ensured I had all my ducks in a row with everything else -- details and timeline of expediting, costs of doing so, where to mail it, what to expect, and so forth. She printed the mailing label, checked my forms, packaged everything for Priority Mail, and took care of everything, and I have the peace of mind knowing it was all done correctly. Thank you!”
