“Been coming occasionally for years now, sometimes for notary or for shipping services. Customer service is consistently outstanding, knowledable, and friendly. They can get busy, but they work hard to greet everyone walking in and get through the line quickly. The shop is always organized and tidy. Love the little items they sell too!”

“convenient hours, great service, and wonderful staff. in a world where you more often than not feel like you are only a number here is business with personalized Everyone-Knows-Your-Name service and a fun curated assortment of swag. “First time using this shipping center- now that the online/ catalog company I shop with has a variety of return shipping options for their merchandise.Venus (women's clothing) used to provide return shipping labels for U.S. Postal Service and UPS along their shipments. Now, the customer can either print out their own labels (which doesn't work for me) or use Happy Returns and select a variety of shipment locations.I like it here at FedEx because it's a a popular shopping center right off the 805 freeway. Weekday hours- they open at 8am. Which is a HUGE plus!I even brought my shipping invoice and original plastic packaging. The FedEx representative said Happy Returns provides their own packaging and I could keep my original paper invoice. Just make sure you get on Happy Returns website and search the company you're returning the merchandise to. Super easy peasy and when you're all done with that process- you are given a QR code for the return center to scan. And when I say, easy peasy- the QR code is sent ASAP. Not even to your email. But, a receipt of the Happy Return transaction will be sent to your email.”

“I've used this location several times, sadly for printing funeral programs and collage posters for loved ones. The outcomes on all these projects have been beautiful work. I normally layout my projects myself and use them for printing only, and they have called me if they see any issues prior to the job being printed. Sometimes the lines waiting for customer service are wonky, but overall I appreciate this location. If you search online, you can usually find a code for a discount.”

“If you need to ship overseas then they are affordable and timely. One needs to be patient when trying to call them. Roughly takes about 8weeks for your box to arrive.”

“I’ve been using them for over a year. I Guess i cling on people. They’ve always been nice to me. I have to admit it’s feast or famine there. But service is great. I always have great saying about them! Love it!”

“Customer service was nice. Not quite sure why their line is usually out-the-door when they are busy. ... If you need a pro- color print 8x10 or 11x17, whatever, use email in the photo to get the photo to them so they can make your print.”

“I sell collectable cards and love going to this location. The staff is always accommodating and nice, and i've never had any difficulty receiving or sending packages. Note; these are expensive items too, always in the $500+ range for a couple cards.Sad to see the care the post office gives be scrutinized by the rare few with strong negative opinions.”

“This place is pricy but they have everything you would need at an office. I needed to print something out, ship an item to Utah, and I came across some cute cards and keychains as last minute Christmas finds. Thank you Vivian for being so helpful and patient since I don't really ship anything. Come here if you don't want to make that long line at the post office and don't mind paying a little extra. You'll be in and out in less than 5 minutes.”

“I don’t understand why people leave reviews on this site as if they were reviewing the entire UPS corporation. This ‘customer center’ does great as a customer center. The staff at the desk is amazing and I’ve been going there for about 6 years 1-2 times per month without a single hiccup.”

“Window clerks are busy yet could be more polite like downtown Chula Vista clerks who have even more customers in a more obvious location. Not open Saturday for no particular reason, or past 5. Has passport office, but no mailbox for cars. Tiny and awkward parking and building. Long lines.”

“For a large city and zip code, they are polite, professional, seldom lose mail, and deliver on time. Opening past 5 would be nice, zip code 60540 in Illinois has done this for 20 years and has 4 kiosks, open until 7 pm on weeknights and on both Saturday and Sunday. Milwaukee had a 24 hour staffed post office near their airport for years with window clerks. So, why not a bit later? To use the kiosk after 6, you must have a key? Or drive to Bonita post office by 10 or Eastlake? The kiosk at 91910 is open until 6? So silly.”
