Jennifer answered the phone, helped me as much as she could, then transferred me to a gentleman on the floor to make sure they had it. I don't remember his name, but he was great! We were able to reserve, and pick up a present that completed Xmas! It's a shame Wal-Mart couldn't be as helpful!”
“NEXT LEVEL SERVICE! During our visit from Canada to Cali for the A1 Supercross, my boyfriend and I were thrilled to visit both Troy Lee locations. During our visit, we were greeted with smiles and questions about our stay in California. Everything from recommendations to Supercross Pit party info ?Oh and! One of the staff members even called a local bike shop to ask about MTB rentals during our stay. “Staff here are always friendly. Store is meticulously clean with great selection of shoes. While I absolutely love shopping here for my everydayware shoes in the $50~100 range, I do sometimes wish they had a bit higher end shoes.. Am a huge fan of MIUSA NB but they have none :(. but I guess it's just their business model so it's understandable.”
