She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.Not only did she help me resolve the issue quickly, but she also took the time to explain the steps in a clear and friendly manner. Her dedication to ensuring my problem was solved was truly commendable.Additionally, another customer service representative named Linda (if I remember correctly) deserves special recognition. When I purchased a new phone through Spectrum with my mom, she went above and beyond by providing a cloth to wipe the phone, ensuring it looked brand new. She also took the time to explain every step of owning the phone with a Spectrum mobile line and answered any other questions I had.Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of both the Spanish girl with the blue nails and Linda, I had a seamless experience with Spectrum's services. It's refreshing to encounter such outstanding customer service, and these individuals made my day better with their assistance. “i did take into account some of the previous negative reviews before visiting this location but i was trying to get errands done and this was on the way so i decided to stop by. i luckily showed up at a time when there was nobody at the store and had a few questions about my plan upgrades. i was helped by "moises" who was kind, quick and knowledgeable about some of the questions and clarifications i needed in regards to an add on for my plan. i haven't been to this store for any other reason but i don't see the issue others were having because the staff was kind when i visited.”
