I the accounting took a bit to use via the app but was fixed. 2 the customer service is absolutely awesome!! 3 the account services um my jeep, my credit card, my savings everything is through NFCU. 4 just today I got a call from NFCU on fraud keep in mind when NFCU calls it shows up as NFCU via phone. Stopped 10k in fraud via debit and zelle fraud was live as we were talking. Secured the account issued a replacement and I hope they zero in on these thief. I say thank you NFCU for everything you guys have been superior from day 1, set up my Daughter as well.”

“BOA sucks as a company and I’m only giving this rating to Mr. Victor Manzanero who works at this location, BOA took almost 800 from my account about a month ago and not one person either at different locations or over the phone dispute teams would tell me what was going on or how I could get it back. I made an appointment and got scheduled with Mr. Manzanero and thankfully he was able to help me and got my problem fixed the same day. Thank you so much for all your help. BOA take notes and hire more people that are actually willing to help and do their job such as this gentleman here.”

They are part of a nationwide bank corporation that is family owned - and it shows when quality customer service is their prime objective. We were with another bank for years. When we started our business, the other bank made it difficult to do business. First Bank in Corona stepped then and has continued to ensure that our banking experience pleasant in meeting all of our needs. We have accounts for two businesses and all of our personal accounts at this branch. They have earned our loyalty. They know me by name and always greet me when I enter the door. That's not common in the large banks. From the branch manager, to the banking assistant to the tellers, this branch will give you service above and beyond.”

Additionally, the tellers are kind and helpful. They listen to you and are very professional. Sometimes parking is a menace. “Happy holiday December 5, 2023!! I love my bank. I have been with Downey savings and US Bank for almost 25 years.. Ryan is my banker I love him I had a thing happened to me last week when I put my credit card out instead of my debit card. They were the same color. Somebody tried to put on a charge, and when I did not authorize it.. yes, I had to call the car number. Yes, I called the corporate office but US Bank has always always stand behind anything.. It's a wonderful feeling when you walk in all the girls know your name I can't even imagine I got my husband to switch over from his bank to our bank. He loves the customer service. Today was no exception, I needed to close one acct that was part of an estate, no appointments were available but Diane, one of the customer service teller's, offered to help me with that. “I met with Dawn Galven today to open a business account. The personalized service I received was unlike any other "large" bank I have ever worked with. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Kyle, the branch manager was very helpful and gave me some great ideas and points about the business I am starting up. Dawn went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about the products they offer that can help my business thrive.
