“My daughter rescued 2 kittens who were malnutrition & full of fleas fighting to stay alive! After calling around with no luck we went to CDM animal Hospital I was inmediately helped by staff who were not concerned by payment but to help the kittens who you could see their little spine and bones. Carolyn, Parisa & Devin right away got into action by Making the kittens some food, it broke my heart to see how desperately they ate! Carolynn even change the Dirty towel they were in and gave them a clean one. They gave us some free food and instructions on what to do. Parisa gave me her personal cell and said to call her any time if their health deteriorated in any way! This really gave me comfort because we have never owned cats and I was really afraid of them not making it through the night! They gave us instructions on how to bathe them at home & care for them while at home. I am a single mom with limited income and they will save Donation of items for kittens. They are really Amazing Human Beings and I know because of their love and care for Animals these kittens are alive and Thriving! Tomorrow I will take them in for check up! They will forever be our vet for all our pets”

“As I'm waiting for Spookys test results, I decided to take a min. to leave a review because I've never felt so calm and reassuring of a place more than Tustin Legacy. As you walk in it's the cutest place, very warm and welcoming they had spookys room ready and on the door they had a welcome sign for him with a spooky house/a ghost and a spider web?. From staff to the vet not once did I feel pressured to paying for things I didn't want. They give you a few options and you chose what you want done. I have found his forever hospital.”

“Our family have been going to this office for a few years now and I have to say that they are all from the Doctors and Staff are all wonderful. Our first visit was an emergency and from day one we were sure to always return. That’s how much we trust them. They’re knowledgeable and help you understand each course of treatment for our furbabies. They’re helpful in getting us a faster appointment during emergencies. They are compassionate and you can feel that they are animal lovers. After losing our Sparky they’ve been very attentive and thoughtful with remembering her. We are so touched. “The 5 stars are for Dr. Greenwood and her tech Maria. They are both excellent and carring providers. The remodiling of the facility makes it seem sterile and uninviting. The acoustics are poor and the chairs in the waiting room do not allow space for a pet carrier next to the owner.”

I liked that she did not have to go through the stress of a regular vet visit and was able to be treated accordingly. I would use this service again.”

“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”

“Caring, compassionate team. Dr. Evans and Dr. Burner possess tremendous feline veterinary expertise. Dr. Evans quickly diagnosed and relieved our Scout's urinary crystal issues after several other dog-oriented vets said the bladder issue was behavioral and that I should consider rehoming. Dr. Burner was so kind, patient, and responsive in guiding care for our 18 year old Greystoke, who recently crossed the rainbow bridge from kidney disease. My only regret is that we didn't find these amazing vets until relocating here two years ago from the Bay Area. I feel guilty that my cats failed to have the same standard of care while living up north. Staff always are kind and accommodating, getting us in quickly for emergencies, dispensing meds, and food with helpful instruction. They were so caring to us when Greystoke crossed. I should note that unlike practices that serve all fur babies, this practice is a much more low-stress, welcoming environment for cats and their humans. Love this practice and the people and felines who work there.”

“Brookfield took care of our dog after he was attacked by a lose dog in our neighborhood. They took him in immediately and provided great care. The vet was compassionate and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The next day I received a follow up email first thing in the morning asking how he was doing. And then throughout the day the office was in communication with me by email because they wanted to be sure he was eating. It meant a lot to me.”

Dr. Kruger, Dr. Cohen, and their team were so knowledgeable and made our fur baby feel comfortable, safe, and loved!The clinic is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the level of care they provide is exceptional! “My cat had his first dental surgery due to the tooth resorption a bit over a week ago, and I can't be more grateful to the team. The recovery is going well, my cat has had a good appetite and good mood since day 1. No infection developed.I chose to go with Dr Andrew Phositlimpagul who already gained lots of positive reviews from the clients, and the nurses I spoke to (Tori and Kathy) showed themselves only as kind, friendly and knowledgable. The entire team (including the receptionists) sounded genuinely welcoming and eager to help. If anything happens again with the cat in the future, I will go to Dr Andrew without any hesitation. He was compassionate to the point that he accommodated my travel schedule and saw my cat a week earlier. I also learnt that he is a cat owner himself, which adds up to the level of credibility. My cat is raw fed (he has been raw fed for over 4 years) and the doctor did not mind it. I like that his attitude does not contradict with the owner/director of the clinic, Dr Kathy. In the past, the other vet at this very clinic, however, advised us to switch to a commercial cat food. I am glad that it led us to meeting a wonderful specialist - Dr Andrew! Keep it up!”

“After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy.We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers.We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible.From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are.Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”

“Friendly, calm staff. Helpful explainations and patience. They had an affordable and thorough pre-paid puppy package that covered all upcoming expenses for the first year for vaccination, flea, deworm, fecal exam, nails, all the things made streamline for me. It included a welcome package with tons of information that was better condensed than anything I found online. The neuter then gets a discount if that's added on at the appropriate age.I felt they were very understanding that I also have a rescued feral cat (came out of a bush in the "cat distribution system") that was behind on vet care since her spay and vaccines when she was fresh from the streets. She's voilent if picked up or contained. They were appropriately insistent I bring her in for routine care, and offered creative solutions to sedate her before bringing her in. That's the help I was missing for crating this 20 pound sass. I'm glad to be going forward with them for all my vet needs and relieved they can work with me as the cat will need more care, test, or dental as she gets older.”

“Great vet! I’ve been taking my dog here since I got him he’s now 10 months old. He has had ear inflections and some other small issues but they always have given me great medication that makes him better. They are pricier but it’s so worth it. Both Dr. Keating and Dr. Tom are amazing! They are really great and you can tell they care about the animals. I recommend this vet to all the people I know because everyone there is so great. If you’re looking for a vet that will care for your fur baby, this is the place.”

“Brought my rabbit here for his first exam. Very friendly staff and doctors. They made what I thought would be a anxious appointment a very comfortable one. They answered any questions I had. This will be my vet for my rabbit :)”

“After suddenly and very unexpectedly losing our young cat, we reached out to Lab for Pets and were able to bring him to the facility on the same day for necropsy (postmortem) services. The pathologist was very kind, communicative and transparent about the entire process (our first time going through this type of process). The final lab report was emailed to us and I received a phone call from the pathologist on the same day the report was emailed, where he spent time explaining the findings and making the report easier to understand. The pathologist also offered guidance and recommendations for the surviving littermate, given the results. The remains were then Fed Ex'ed overnight to us because we live in a different county and so we wouldn't have to drive back up to get them. They were beautifully and thoughtfully packaged as well. A lot of love seemed to go into that final part. I would very much recommend Lab for Pets for their necropsy and other services. They are professional and caring, especially during a very emotional process such as this. Thanks again”

When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. It demonstrated their commitment to the well-being of the animals they treat, showing that they prioritize the care of pets over financial gains. This gesture of waving the fee made me feel that the vet genuinely cared about my dog's health and my peace of mind.In light of this, I would like to commend the clinic for their compassionate approach and willingness to address my concerns.
