“I cannot recommend Back Bay enough! I was first recommended this place by my friend. I brought in one of my dogs to get a second opinion since another vet had diagnosed my dog with neurological issues and would need an MRI. Dr. Estefan examined my dog and caught that my dog had a kidney (and other organ) issue. I was so thankful that I got a second opinion because I would have spent so much on an MRI. Dr. Estefan took his time with my dog in the examination room and was so kind to him. He was patient and very informative. He would recommend products that he would use on his own dogs. Dr. Estefan had made recommendations that best fit my dog which were a blood and urine test and then an ultrasound. I had countless questions concerning my dog, and Dr. Estefan would never hesitate to answer my questions. Because of Dr. Estefan, my dog is in a much better state and hopefully will live a longer life. Thank you so so much, Dr. Estefan. Thank you to Dr. K as well! He was able to inform me that my dog has arthritis and he made sure to only provide necessary services. I feel like other vet places will make you get multiple products to treat your dog, but Dr. K was different. He believes in natural support to help, and I appreciate that. He was so nice and funny. I wanted to also shout out some other individuals from here. Thank you to Adrian for being so kind and patient to my dogs. Thank you to Lexi for taking care of my dog when he was there for the ultrasound. Thank you to Jessica for being patient and willing to answer my questions. “My boyfriend brings our dog here for mainly boarding and now vet services and I must say it has always been a wonderful experience. Whenever we need our dog looked at by the doctor he is always available and always answers all of our concerns. He even gave us his personal phone number in case we have any concerns. Now that's a doctor that really cares about his patients!! From other vet offices I been to before, I never had an actual one on one conversation with the doctor who will explain every treatment plan he has to offer and he is very reasonable and does not feel like a transaction each time we go in. I always feel like our dog is always in good hands when we bring him in for anything that we are highly concerned about. The receptionist are also very friendly and always make us feel welcomed. Their vet visit is only $78 which I think is pretty cheap from other locations here in Newport that I been to for vet services. Their boarding is always great for when we need to board our dog last minute or when we need to go for vacation. Their staff is very great at being very communicative when it comes to our dog's health while he is boarding and are always giving us updates when we call to ask how he is doing. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a compassionate doctor and staff!!!”

“Dr. Jung is the best! I brought my dog here when I was worried about his health and the doctor was very thorough and took his time to explain everything. The tech Perla was amazing as well! She was very professional, kind, and meticulously explained the plan and costs. Prices were high, but not as high as other emergency vets. I recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets!”
