“Thought I needed a new phone since it wasn't charging. Went to the Verizon store in Huntington Beach. Adrian the sales representative asked to exam the charger receptacle on phone. I said "OK, but I've tried it with multiple brand new charging blocks and cables without success". He plugged the phone into the charger located at the counter and the phone started charging ! I said "That's not possible!!!" Turns out that the low cost after market wall charge cables apparently do not exert the same about of pressure on the phone charger receptacle contacts as the higher end charging models sold in Verizon stores. Or the amount of gold on contacts is not enough to maintain a good circuit connection with a worn down phone receptacle ( The Samsung phone is over 6 years old. Hey, before you laugh, I'm 68 so give me a break LOL). The in store price for cable and wall charger block cost $39, which was expensive compared to the inexpensive 2 pack that cost $13 with free next day shipping on Amazon. Obviously there is a reason for the price difference: Manufacturing quality. Adrian could have easily not inserted counter charging cable all the way without me knowing and I would have no doubt bought a new phone. Adrianclearly demonstrated his honesty and integrity, which unfortunately is something you don't always experience from salespersons, especially if commissions or sales performance levels are involved. Even more so if the customer is a senior citizen. Adrian made my experience in a Verizon store, the best in over 20 years as a Verizon customer. Great job Adrian!”

“Yesterday I was helped by a person named Z! My grandmother had an issue with T-Mobile about calling out of state. My grandma doesn’t speak English so while I was translating, she was patient and very polite to us. Really helpful about guiding us through the plans and policies of calling out of state. Got an even cheaper price on the phone plan then what she was paying for with T-Mobile. Also we didn’t know some credentials as in her T-Mobile pin, email, or password, Z took her time and managed to gather all the information up to keep my grandmas old number without changing or switching it. “We've been happy T-Mobile customers for 7 years, with great service and quick resolution of any issues. In early April, I ordered a new phone online—something I’ve done with every upgrade. I unknowingly placed the order on the last day of a $500 trade-in promotion. My card was charged, but on April 5th, I received an email stating the order was canceled with no explanation, just a refund.

When I called T-Mobile, no one could tell me why it was canceled. I was told to reorder, which I did, but this time, the trade-in value dropped to $175. I had screenshots of the original promotion and wasn’t willing to lose $325. After more than two months of back-and-forth with customer care (with repeated promises that never resulted in action), a supervisor finally told me I needed to visit a store.

At the first store, they confirmed I should have received the $500, but couldn’t help further. I was told to try a corporate location. Frustrated, I went in expecting more of the same, but instead, Marisa listened patiently and brought in her manager, Alberto, who said, “Let me try to make this right.”

Forty-five minutes later, I left the store relieved and very grateful. A BIG thanks to Alberto and Marisa, I’m once again a happy customer—and hopeful to be with T-Mobile for another 7 years.”

“Fantastic experience with Sam. My wife ran over her iPhone and cracked the case. I called him first and Sam said it would take 15 min and the price was about $120 service included. He warned me the screen would be slightly different in color than the original, and offered a higher model for a higher price. It’s an older phone so I said no. I dropped off the phone and shopped for about 13 min and came back and he was already done. That was about 6 months ago and the screen is still working great. My wife did notice the slight difference in color (I couldn’t tell but I’m sure if it was my phone I would), but she has no complaints. I had a great experience and would definitely come back if I ever needed more iPhone help.”
