Need more people on the teller line. Long wait time. Bankers just sitting around talking to each other.

The staff was friendly, but the beat of the music coming out of the speakers while waiting was a little harsh on my ears.

This shoddy location is reminiscent of a fast food chain. It is deathly quite EXCEPT The elderly banker loudly gossips about customers in front of other customers, which is always nice. The teenaged advisors from pleasant hill care about nothing but their own commission and are so amateur you can see right through the act.... read full comment
