“I've used the Repair Shop with Sal and his crew a bunch of times over the last couple years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price which is becoming harder to find these days. They are also a customer first shop and are great about explaining the work they think you need and cost before they start. If you have any questions or issues with the work done they do everything possible to answer those question or will ask you to bring the car back to look at any issues you might have. They are my go to shop because of all of these reasons. Don't hesitate to give them a try.”
“Been coming to see Shaun for several years for work on my “luxury SUV!” I really don’t appreciate totally outrageous dealership costs! Let Shaun know what noise your vehicle is making or what you want done! He’ll let you know, and if he can save you some money, he’ll let you know about that also. I really appreciate how he explains what is going on with my vehicle. I had to have my AC compressor changed…in triple digit weather it was necessary! Now it’s pumping out “super cool air!” Thank you!!

“On 9/10/24 I bought my car for flat tire problem in Tire Choice Auto Service Center since I had the warranty from my all.4 tires that I buy from them. Cecilio is in the front desk took all my information and helped me out as quickly as he could. I’ve been going there for years and he is the best ever person that has excellent good customer service to me, very quick service on that day not like previously time that I go there for flat tire they took 4 to 5 to fix the problem on my car even just only 1 tire they doing.

Khalid and Abdul were very informative and eager to work with me on a good deal but I never felt an uncomfortable pressure to sign before I was ready which is something I really appreciated. When I said I needed to sleep on it they understood and then were very quick and patient to respond to all my questions over text the next day. I test drove my car Friday night and was driving it off the lot Saturday afternoon. Overall, something that I found to be a daunting task was made to be such a pleasant experience by everyone at Future Ford of Concord.”

“Staff was very friendly and personable. Found this to be a much better experience than the Concord Ave Jiffy Lube. Pulled my air filters out to show me how dirty they were instead of just telling me, and suggested I replace one but could wait on the other instead of just pushing both. Gave me a discounted price when I opted to do both anyway. Only reason it’s not 5 star is because it took longer than they told me it would. Wasn’t an unreasonable wait and still better than the Concord Ave times, but not the 10 minutes they told me. Will return.”
