Maybe they do a good job, I'll never know. My conversation with them ended in under 90 seconds.I just really wish shops liked this would hire someone to answer their phones because, odds are, if you're a really good craftsman, of any kind, you probably have NOT properly honed your people skills. I first visited Concord Auto Body five years ago. Unfortunately, I've had to return more times than I'd like to admit but Hash is always great and does great work. He's fair and honest, and delivers what he promises. All that you can ask from a body shop.
