I got my business line of credit from Ashley and the nice folks at BMO! Ashley was quick and efficient, and in the midst of a transition into BMO, she guided me through the maze.... kudos to Ashley!

I went to 3 separate BOTW locations and they could not help me access my checking account , but I went to the Concord.branch and the manager there came to my aid and in 5 minutes he had everything cleared up. The teller , Ms. Patel , and the manager ( who's name I didn't get) ,were so kind , knowledgeable and helpful.??

Avoid if you need to bank on Saturdays. Other than that they are great. If only their top management would stop pinching pennies on Saturday staffing this could be the best bank in the area. As it is you can count on a 15 minute wait for service on Saturday. Once you get through the line the people are the best.
