Kee’s is a family-owned shop, run by a father and son who clearly love what they do. They’re so happy to make their customers happy, and it shows. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also installed a pair of aftermarket taillights for me. The fitment was a bit off, as is common with aftermarket parts, but they added a washer to make sure it fit perfectly. That kind of attention to detail is awesome.

Badges are never reused- instead they order new ones so that your car looks as absolutely pristine as possible. They also quality control check every single replacement part that comes in, and if fitment and finish isn't perfect, they ask the dealer to swap it out for one that is perfect. As they are a small shop, sometimes the wait can be longer than usual, but in the end it's worth it as their quality of repair can't be beat!”

“This was my first time at Concord Lexus!! I recently moved so I decided to try them based on a friend’s recommendation.
I made an appointment and when I arrived Nick had my service history pulled up and was able to help me decide which plan best suited my needs.
I needed to run an errand so Ron, the courtesy driver dropped me and my sister off at the nearby Veranda Center. I took care of my business and Nick called to say my car was ready. Then, Ron called to let me know he was on his way to pick us up!! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating! “I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“This was the best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. No, they didn't pay me to say this. I have never had issues with BMW Concord before (been a service customer for all my cars, and we bought my wife's CPO X1 here), but the new ownership seems to have really raised the bar.

I took my 440i in for new tires, because none of the tire joints had a full set. They couldn't get the wheels aligned, because apparently a California pothole of death I hit a while back had busted one of the suspension arms. Skyler in the service department spent probably hours working back and forth with me and my insurance agent, often sending information directly to them without my involvement - all before I had even gotten the work approved. He really stayed on top of things and made sure I got taken care of.

That car was getting near end of life, so I also went in to take a look at i4 leases during this Summer Sale promotion from BMW corporate. Mursal in sales saw me immediately, got a few things started in the background, and sent me a list of options. She came in the next day - on Sunday, her day off - to run some numbers for me and let me test drive two models. The deal they made was incredible! Seriously, they added some credits of their own on top of the BWM promotion, and I got a pretty loaded eDrive40 for a lower payment than I was being offered for Mustang Mach-E's which were >$10k less.

I found a car at Weatherford that had the exact paint and packages that I wanted. Since that was also a Sunwise shop, she arranged for that car to be reserved and transported over (also kicked off on her day off). So I got exactly the car I wanted at an exceptional price all ready at the showroom to pick up a day later.

Even the paperwork was quick and easy. Alexander took care of signing online, which I did from my own home. He quickly went through the options, let me make my own decision, and had an electronic documents ready for me to sign within minutes. The entire process took maybe a half hour. I've been held hostage in dealerships for hours before getting the Sales 101 treatment. Not here.

I really can't say enough good things. I took my car in, got surprise maintenance, and I ended up actually being happy.”

“I originally went here because I got a 2008 Nissan Altima and I wanted to have it checked over while I was getting the transmission fluid replaced Shawn gave me an estimate with no pressure for other recommended work and they did a terrific job on changing the transmission fluid and flush and we're very fair on the price I decided to go with them for more work because of their honest and fair practice I ended up also getting my valve gasket replaced battery and my radiator fluid and engine mount. Also my spark plugs had oil in on them and a new valve cover cause the old one was bad because they were already replacing the valve gasket he just charged me for parts on the spark plugs and valve cover. Overall I would rate this place at 10 out of 10. Very honest and professional Shawn is an amazing service advisor and I would highly recommend anyone getting services done on their vehicle with no pressure to go to him now the car is running great and even though I need my struts replaced and something else, at least for now I'm safe and the vehicle will keep running great. Mind you, this vehicle has 213,000 mi and feels like it runs great I can now add another 100,000 mi with confidence and I'm going to continue getting all of my service done here.
