I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! “Service department was the best we’ve ever experienced at a dealership!! We’ve gone to Livermore which is only 6miles from our house but service there is horrible in every way!!!!. We decided to go to Walnut Creek (28miles away) and let’s just say this is now where we will be taking our Chrysler and Ram from now on! “I had a Safeway devastating parking lot accident a elderly lady backed into the passenger side of my car, my horn went blaring when I saw her backup lights come on I felt like a captivated presioner as I could not move foreard or backward as I watched and felt and heard my car shack when she hit my car, there was nothing I could do. My car was a Toyota rav4 hybrid prime with less than 350 miles. When my horn stoped blaring there were a lot of people that came to see if some was hit, not the case all I could do was just sit asIwas blocked in on three sides-Safeway security came to investigate I also wanted Walnutcreek police to be present and they came in a short time. I got pictures and identifications as I just witnessed a $50000 suv get $5000 damage I was devastated and helpless to this lady', we'll after 14 days of copying all that goes with an occurrence as this , clames had her totally responsible-all was reprehensible for me Amen dear Lord”

We were an unscheduled walk-in during Monterey Car Week when the dealership was extremely low on staff. We ended up buying a 2021 Lamborghini. Our first ever exotic. Cant say enough great things about this staffWe ran into Nimo at the contours event a few days ago. Luxury Collection was there representing! I bring this up because there is a lot of places you can buy an exotic car. BUT, is it certified pre-owned? Is it a place that can fix your exotic? Are they involved in the community and events? Do they stay in touch after you buy the car? These things are very important. We looked at numerous cars but the dealerships were simply flipping the cars. Why in the world would I spend $300,000 on a car from a dealership that wasn't building a relationship? If I spend money at a dealership its because I'm investing in the future relationship I'm gonna have with that dealership. We are not top-tier customers. We bought a car and will likely buy another but we don't have money like some people who can buy a car every year and trade it in for the next new thing. Most dealerships would know this and after the purchase just cut ties with you. This dealership has been in contact with us about events after the purchase. In fact, we got invited to go down and test drive the new Astin Martin DB707, Gifts, catered brunch, and watch the F1 race on a big screen TV this weekend! That's pretty cool! “I want to say thank you for the thorough maintenance/service that this facility provided for my vehicle at a fraction of the cost of the previous facility where I used to take my vehicle. At the previous facility they had my vehicle three consecutive times, in total one month. Not only that they couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and not having a company vehicle out for a month cost you a lot of money and you lose a lot of opportunities. The knowledgeable staff told me what was wrong with the initial day I checked my vehicle in at Devil Mountain diesel. They even found other components within my steering that were in need of attention, and thankfully they did because if the problem persisted. I would've had to pay for a whole new steering system due to lack of maintenance from the previous facility not only that they performed all repairs, and when something new arose they didn't price gouge me. Thank you for alleviating my problem and giving me peace of mind.”

“My Range Rover sports got old. I then decided to shop for a newer one. I tried Benz and BMW, did not like it. I decided to get a lease return Range Rover Sport. Preferably Hybrid, but I know hard to find. I then went to Cole European. I bought a Jaguar XF and Range Rover Sport from them before. Met with Lucas. What a nice gentleman. Listened to my wife and me, understood what was important for us. Showed some cars like what we wanted. Gave us a test drive. Explained the cars in such a detail that I have not experienced before. He answered our questions patiently. As he did not have the car we needed, he said he will call when one comes.Few weeks later he called for a very nice Range Rover Sports Hybrid we wanted!!! I went immediately, he showed and explained the car. I drove it. Then bought it. He explained the car over an hour and a half! Set the car, and the iPhone app. I felt so good and comfortable when I drove it home. He then called to make sure we understood the car, app, etc.Once more very happy customer of Cole European.”
