Greg did have to get someone to help him with the job which I was worried the job was going to be costly but the price wasn't to bad. Both gentlemen took care of business and everything was checked before they left and everything was working great.”

“I recently purchased a patio set from Habitat for Humanity which I saw posted on their FB page. I immediately ran over, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did they help me find a great deal on the set, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in loading it into my car. They had some cute furniture pieces. Their customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Habitat for Humanity for their excellent service and quality products.”

From walking in, I see familiar faces like LUIS and MARCUS. These two especially know how to treat their customers, as I'm sure all the customer care team does, but those two stand out to me because they've helped me a lot with my needs.

They exchanged for me. At no cost, love the service and family who runs it is doing great business. Why run to Home Depot when Andy’s Hardware is around the corner. “Being that we are frequent flyers of Home Depot, I'm finding it very disturbing to know that the San Pedro store is having troubles with their inventory. The inconvenience of placing will call orders that can't be filled. I don't know if it's management not being on top of inventory or the lack of knowledge with management of how much to order. All I know is that it takes time out of our already busy schedules to have to track down materials from store to store. All I can say is "GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT" !!!
As for the store in general, all of the associates are great and go above and beyond to help get us what we need. We appreciate it, but think that it's a lot of extra work they shouldn't have to do.”

“I came to contractors warehouse to find a specific, plumbing part They have the piece I was looking for. I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.”
“Great Prices. I plan on buying cabinets for my condo here. They have countertops too. Remember this isn't Home Depot, its for Tradespeople. If you are buying building supplies, go with someone who knows what they are doing. I wouldn't expect anyone to hold your hand, or give advice. Perhaps that's why they get poor reviews; folks are complaining about Customer Service.”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.
Sorry Home Depot, I won't be returning ... I'm a Lowe's guy now.”

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”
