Last year, my car was sideswiped while parked, and the bumper needed to be replaced. I have taken my car here before so I didn’t think twice about where to go. They are efficient and thorough.”
“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”
“I needed a back windshield repair the next day and they were able to squeeze me in the following morning. Someone emailed me right away during off hours. Thomas was cool, very friendly, and nice. He finished the repair quickly in an hour. He cleaned up very well and provided great instructions of how to take care of the windshield post installation. The final quote was cheaper than the bigger named companies. I recommend them if you need any windshield repairs.”
“I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always been super friendly and helpful! I don’t know much about cars and they alway answered all my questions. Prices seem fair too, one time my window was stuck down and I couldn't afford for them to fix it permanently but they gratuitously got it to stay up at no charge!! I was very grateful.”
“Had my car window broken last night. I was recommended this shop by an Auto repair company. I called and they said they could take care of it. I brought my car into their auto glass shop. They fixed the window and cleaned the broken glass but also noted other damages they found, all within the same day. It only took 1 hr of time. They were respectful and quick and did a great job with replacing the broken window.”

My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

Their prices were reasonable, the installation of my front windshield was super clean, and they were precise in attaching the audio wires/microphone that were between the windshield and Upholstery.
