“My experience @ Lexus of Serramonte was enhanced tremendously by my service advisor Kristian. He gave me all the information I needed and set me up with my appointment after the service department appointment system totally failed me. I gave the recording for service my request but I was not contacted! After waiting for 1 1/2 hour, I called Kristian and he set me up with the needed appt. The original estimate for my work was 2 hours which was OK, not great, but OK but after an hour at the shop Kristian confessed they were running an hour behind. Seeing my distress he set me up with an Uber that took me to my home ~25 minutes away. When the servicing was completed Kristian picked me up, himself, to get me back to the shop and retrieve my car. Kristian has been my advisor since Mauricio moved on and he has been excellent in providing service and remembering who I am and remembering my special requests. He is a great employee who I will refer my friends to in the future.”
“This shop has its process down, I dropped off my truck at 9 A.M. and they had the bed spray lined and my fender wells done the same day. They also can help with truck accessories and installations. Which I didn’t realize before.”

Bruce and team have been great about doing some minor adjustments while the engine is breaking in. I took him and his staff a gift for service over and above what I am accustomed to!”
“Great service! They came to my residence and did a fantastic job installing a new front windshield on my SUV. Their prices were reasonable, the installation of my front windshield was super clean, and they were precise in attaching the audio wires/microphone that were between the windshield and Upholstery. I will definitely call them again if needed!”

“2012 F350 DRW 4x4 towing 16k lbs. with death wobble. QUICK DIAGNOSIS and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB on my front steering and advised me on repairs needed in the future. Repaired quickly and with no surprise costs. I just drove a route through hell the other day with 2 hours of the WORST potholes I've ever experienced. Didn't have a SINGLE issue! I would definitely come back here if I'm ever in the area.

“Bought a CT5-V Blackwing elsewhere and there was a recall software update. After an 80 mile drive on a Saturday half of the electrical components failed along with some indicator lights.
Brought it in to Cadillac of South San Francsco 10 min after service dept. closed on Saturday. Salesman Caleb contacted service rep Alek Karras who took command and put my concerns to rest. At 8am Monday morning car was reprogramed and ready to go. Complements to Caleb, Alek and service manager Gary for excellant customer sevice.”

I have a pleasant experience with getting my car serviced here. I brought my Acura RDX to get a transmission drain and fill done. The wait was a bit long (almost 2 hours) but they had plenty of seats and free coffee. My service writer was Christian Pereda, he was a pleasure to work with. I mentioned that I had a coupon from SF Honda and he said they will honor it. I should add that I was already at SF Acura/Honda right before and did not like my experience there so I left without getting any work done. I'll definitely be back here to get work done on my Acura since there's no more Acura at Serramonte.”

I believe Colma must hand pick theirs, because they had some better maintained vehicles than the others. I decided to buy my used Tesla M3 Performance through Tesla Colma.”
