“My experience @ Lexus of Serramonte was enhanced tremendously by my service advisor Kristian. He gave me all the information I needed and set me up with my appointment after the service department appointment system totally failed me. I gave the recording for service my request but I was not contacted! After waiting for 1 1/2 hour, I called Kristian and he set me up with the needed appt. The original estimate for my work was 2 hours which was OK, not great, but OK but after an hour at the shop Kristian confessed they were running an hour behind. Seeing my distress he set me up with an Uber that took me to my home ~25 minutes away. When the servicing was completed Kristian picked me up, himself, to get me back to the shop and retrieve my car. Kristian has been my advisor since Mauricio moved on and he has been excellent in providing service and remembering who I am and remembering my special requests. He is a great employee who I will refer my friends to in the future.”

“Just picked up my EV-9 from them last week. I dealt with three other Kia dealerships and Serramonte was, by far, the best. Their Internet salesperson, Nick, was absolutely terrific. He was professional, friendly and super responsive. We were able to work out the details of the deal via email, which was my preference. Only negative thing i can say is that my car wasn't ready when I went to sign papers and pick it up. I had postponed my initial appointment to the following day and Nick wasn't working on the day I went to get the car. The other sales folks were just helping out and no one thought to have the car ready when I got there so things took a couple hours longer than expected. Other than that, it was a great transaction and, thus far, I'm super happy with my Kia.”

“Nicholas Chang and team provided premium service in delivering the car that matched perfectly our requirements. During the initial test drive of similar model, Nicholas was knowledgeable and provided honest opinions on the different NX 350H Basic/Premium features based on past customer feedback. Such input definitely helped us better analyze the pricing tradeoffs.
Although there was a couple of days delay in the car delivery to the dealership location, Nicholas made sure the service on the day of our car pickup was smooth and also reiterated the different features including setting up the Lexus mobile app.
For the final add ons of financing terms, servicing, GAP coverage, etc. we were assisted by Gustavo. I was impressed with how Lexus finance team worked seamlessly in the background with the credit union that I received the loan approval from.

“Bought a CT5-V Blackwing elsewhere and there was a recall software update. After an 80 mile drive on a Saturday half of the electrical components failed along with some indicator lights.
Brought it in to Cadillac of South San Francsco 10 min after service dept. closed on Saturday. Salesman Caleb contacted service rep Alek Karras who took command and put my concerns to rest.
