He is kind and generous, also, as he helped an elderly couple ahead of me with the gentleman’s watch, and didn’t charge them for the time he spent making sure it was working well. I went into his store to get my wedding ring cleaned, polished, and resized. I was very pleased with the time and cost to care for it. Other places I called required a minimum of 3 days, but he did all that work in only a couple hours. My ring now looks like new again! Myra had the best customer service. She made sure that I got the ring that I actually wanted and adored. Previously, We had went to the Sierra vista location and left because they had terrible service and we felt rushed and judged. Myra did more than make up for a bad experience at the other location. No other jeweler would take on the project but from just a photo, Kevin restored it back almost exactly like the original! I couldn’t believe it when he presented his work and I wear it everyday now.
