“Mr. Albert Kaz is a true artist! I had the opportunity to look at his creations while I waited to be helped. From simple to intricate designs, all his jewelry is striking and beautifully crafted. He is kind and generous, also, as he helped an elderly couple ahead of me with the gentleman’s watch, and didn’t charge them for the time he spent making sure it was working well. I went into his store to get my wedding ring cleaned, polished, and resized. I was very pleased with the time and cost to care for it. Other places I called required a minimum of 3 days, but he did all that work in only a couple hours. My ring now looks like new again! “I went by Wickersham and Deann greeted immediately. I asked to try on several Rolex including the Date Just 41, 36 and Oyster Perpetual 41. The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service. I felt welcomed and treated with respect. Even though I walked in with a baseball cap and t-shirt, I wasn't judged. Deann noted my interest in an OP41 and even gave me a 2023 Rolex Catalog to take home.”

I met with Bill at Creative Jewelry Works to see if the poem would fit and he said it would. He then engraved it in about an hour, and it was beyond my expectations! The customer service was first class! When I presented the engraved watch to the receiver he was amazed and truly touched by the gift. “My wife and I wanted to get new rings for our 10 year anniversary and Myra made it the best experience I have had at any jewelry store. I had an amazing experience at this location on Kings canyon. Myra had the best customer service. She made sure that I got the ring that I actually wanted and adored. Previously, We had went to the Sierra vista location and left because they had terrible service and we felt rushed and judged. Myra did more than make up for a bad experience at the other location. I will definitely be going back and referring people to the kings canyon location. The store was very clean.”
