“Probably the best U-haul rental experience I've ever had! We recently moved across town and I only needed the U-haul for one day, but booked for two days just in case. We booked a Friday pick-up and a Saturday drop-off. The U-Haul owner called me the Monday before our booking and suggested we pick up the truck Thursday night instead. Stating it would be $.88 a mile if I picked it up Thursday, versus $1.20 a mile on Friday. He said weekend rates are higher and that rate includes Fridays. I asked why he was being so thoughtful and said, "just wanted to help you save a few extra dollars." ... Who does that?! He also noticed a bunch of extra stuff we were getting charged for that typically people never rent. We booked through the app and I must just said, "YES" to everything to speed up the process; not knowing I was also adding boxes, tape, appliance dollys, mirror covers, literally everything they offer. I feel like there's a few biz owners that would let that slide and charge your card without saying a word. Fingers crossed I never move again, but if I do Jim at Rodeo U-Haul Rentals is my guy!”

“First time using budget truck rental. I thought it was a bit pricey until I realized that the truck had a hydrolic lift on the back ! I just put my heavy stuff on the lift and pushed a button and boom ! Just slid it off into the back of truck ! This detail was worth it times 10 ! Also very friendly and helpful staff !”
