“Great experience with Laura during our search for a 10x20 unit, and even better experience once we made it onsite to reserve it and get signed-up! The unit was clean and ready for us to move our stuff into. The only reason it's not 5-star is because there's NO onsite bathroom for the customers, only a port-o-potty, and though clean, the INTENSE heat inside while trying to use it was nearly enough to make us pass out (akin to being in a sauna with your clothes on)... quite UNBEARABLE! There should be NO REASON not to have a proper bathroom for customer use!Note: We were told the port-o-potty is cleaned every Thursday and we arrived on a Thursday afternoon.”

I received my keys same day , the facility is very nice and clean , huge double door stalls is a bonus. I can’t stress enough the importance good customer service and cleanliness & this facility check marks both of these & more .
