“I'm thankful for this ATM. However, do be mindful of the time you go. Just the other day, when I was trying to make a deposit around 8 pm, there were two individuals standing and walking around the atm watching people at the machines and one of them had a tazer. I had called Clovis police to make a report. Because of it, when it was our turn to use the machine, we decided to pass through because we knew they were up to something. So do be careful at this location in the evenings. The next morning, we went back to finally make the deposit, and there was security. So I felt comfortable right there.”

“This bank be banking. I often dread going to the bank. Let's be honest - it's rarely for a fun reason. BUT - this Wells Fargo branch makes those types of reasons bearable. The tellers and Bankers(?) are very personable and operate with speedy efficiency to fix any fiscally frustrating fluctuations that called me onto this financial floor. I've banked here for the past 12 years, and plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.”

I want to recognize one of your employees who does, and left me feeling good about your bank.This week I needed to coordinate a banking issue for my Mom who lives in another city. Mom was frustrated by not finding help at her branch. I had it’s the opposite experience here in Fresno.Rachelle was a pleasure to deal with as she listened to my needs, told me what I needed to do, got me the paperwork I needed, and even called my Mom’s branch to coordinate with them. “Friday morning abut 11:30am Walked in to check on an account and a credit card my husband applied for. We didn't make an appointment and waited in line behind 5 other people until a banker asked us what service we needed and told us we could have a seat and a banker would be with us shortly. We waited about 5 minutes and a young banker came to get us and we followed him back to his desk. He took care of what we needed, no problem and we were off. While in line an impatient gentleman asked the banker at least twice if they could get another teller because it was ridiculous that he was having to wait in line. There were 3 tellers working pretty quickly but not at the speed the gentleman needed. I continue to say, praise the ones that show up and put your patient panties on. Geez. 4/5 stars because there's no more water or coffee in the lobby.”

“Im sure valley credit union is just peachy. However, when you search for NOBLE CREDIT UNION ON GOOGLE, you know the largest search engine in the world, you expect results to reflect the keywords in your search. Not just change the first keyword you enter. Just so nobody else makes the same mistake, THIS IS NOT A "NOBLE CREDIT UNION" GOOGLE. They closed two minutes ago. Very inconvenient for me. Way to go Google. No wonder apples stock is rising.”
