“What a hidden gem. Called the poor day to get some obituaries printed. I arrives a little after 9. The 2 gentleman were extremely nice. Very knowledgeable with printing services. The gentleman assisted me with my file, made suggestions and changes. He assured me the prints would be ready by 12. I walked outside took a couple of calls and reflected. As I was pulling away the young man signaled to me said the prints will be done in 5 mins. Just as he stated they were done and I was on my way!!!! What an amazing experience. I will definitely utilize this business again. Don’t second guess. Just call or stop by the print shop. ?”

“I've been to this specific UPS store three times since the start of the new year (2024) and every time I have been astonished at how smooth and well run it is! It's clearly NOT staffed at the level it should be, but the ladies who I have seen working here are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Notary is nice and speedy. The amazon returns are a snap. “Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.”

“This was my first experience using Old Dominion and I am impressed with their communication, professionalism and punctuality. The office staff called me yesterday to verify an address because, for some reason, they were given 2 totally different addresses for my delivery. After verifying my address, I asked the person on the phone when my package would be delivered because I wasn't sure I'd be home to sign for it. She let me know that it would be delivered the next day between 2 and 6. I asked if it would be possible to pick up my package my self if I couldnt be home, she said yes, and checked the size and weight of my package. It was way too big and heavy for me so she offered to have the driver contact me before delivery with a time to be home.The next day, Tyrone, the delivery person, called me and asked if I could be home at a certain time. I was able to make arrangements and have my husband there at the time agreed on. Tyrone pulled up at exactly the time arranged! I was so pleased with everyone and look forward to my next encounter.”

“I have an oversized package that UPS needs to return to Amazon. After I print and attach the shipping label, I bring the package to this UPS store at the corner of Laguna Blvd and Franklin Blvd.
The location is very convenient for me. It is only a five-minute drive from my Home, so I was there almost precisely at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the store opened for business. The lady working behind the counter gave me a nice greeting and handled my drop-off immediately with a smile on her face all the time. I was in and out of the store in one minute. I have received excellent speedy service with a friendly and polite worker working in the store.”

He told me he was supposed to be somewhere in 15 minutes, but he still handled my returns with patience and good cheer. “The people out of the 586 area code Michigan location could use better communication and customer skills. I got different answers for pickup and operating hours and not given contact info for the Sacramento location.The people at the Sacramento location were friendly, great customer service, loaded the shipment quickly. They also gave me the Sacramento extension 586-939-7000 958135 and said it was okay to share publicly. I was a walk-in at 4:30 and they were able to accommodate me coming and and were cordial and respectful. Thanks for the great customer service and giving the # to share with others.”

A shout-out to associate Rebecca for noticing that I was distressed by the heat and encouraging me to remain in the store and drink some water before returning to my car. My car was hot and I was not. Disaster was averted.”
