5 stars for Vijay. Twice I've come in needing help with printing and/or shipping and Vijay is always very polite and and goes above and beyond to be helpful.

not effective and lack of good attentive manners; offer no help or assistance; at times the female agent is quite rude; the other staff not friendly too in general. not a good trained customer services to public

Came in here last minute to make dollar bills for a wedding event. Lady was super helpful. Quick and easy process to print and send pdf via email. Printer quick and easy. They have huge cutting board. Thank you !
