Dale is the man. For affordable bicycle repair or tune up, to get a fair price for your bike. AND he's vaccinated and wears a mask and expects his customers to wear one as well.

I needed a part for my daily cruiser guy had something close & it worked. Just not understanding why they say guy is rude & unhelpful. I had no issues & i live in the hood (ontario) or like some would say ghetto. Don't hate appreciate what you have & respect others & you will be fine.

Dale did a fantastic job tuning my bike. The Shifting is perfect on my Di 2 system.
Buy Sell Trade quality used bikes. Good mechanic, great prices. Rude customers not allowed. The owner has a low threshold for BS. If you're an entitled millennial, don't bother.
