“I am a Budget Fastbreak member and needed a rental while my car was in the shop for repairs. Read reviews of this location and took the bad ones with a grain of salt. Often times people leave out they were difficult, rude and or had unrealistic expectations. Did all the reservations online, process was easy. I arrived on time to pick up the vehicle I had reserved online a Kia Soul ended up with a Nissan Sentra no big deal. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and personable throughout the pick up process. Ended up not needing the vehicle as long as I thought so returned early. Process was easy, David helped me with the turn in process. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend renting from this location.”

“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“AMAZING TEAM!! Let me start by recognizing Luis in getting to my vehicle quickly and giving me details on add On’s/sales. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. He was able to assist me with exchanging it for a higher vehicle for me and he took that extra initiative to ensure I was happy. I needed it for an extra day which the customer service agent was not helpful but when I spoke to another Luis he took care of me. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this amazing team. “My first time renting a car from this location. I discovered that they are both Avis and Budget. I booked the night before, and they have inventory to provide me with a car in the morning. They were able to give me a car that I like, and it was very clean. There was no smell inside the car. The staff was not as friendly, and he seemed to be in a rush with me. When he handed me the car keys, he told me that “all the damages were noted, and you are all set.” When I walked to the car, I saw quite a number of scratches, so I did not feel comfortable. I walked back to the office, and requested a walk through with another staff. She is very patient, and noted all the damages with me, which I appreciated. I was supposed to return my car at 11:30, but I was running behind. I called and asked if I can drop off the rental at 12:30pm. Another staff approved it.Took 1 star off because of my experience when I was picking up my car. Otherwise, good experience overall.”
