It's suppose to be open 24/7 but Door is tied closed with a rope!!! No one is inside. No one is picking up the phone.

say their open 24 hours but evertime I go they seem to be closed, it's very inconvenient if you guys aren,t going to be open for 24/7 atleast change your hours so people could know, so we won't waste our time driving there.
