“We bought a Juniper QFX5100 from Brightstar last year and were happy with the unit. The switch died on us and we didnt have a hot spare on the shelf so we reached out to Brightstar to see if they had the same model in stock with the right licences. Not only did they have it in stock with the right licences but they covered the cost of replacing and shipping us a new one under warranty as we were within 1 year. The switch arrived quickly and we were able to swap it out and restore services. Highly recommend Brightstar as they have blown us away with Great customer service, and good prices and stock.”

I also received a prompt email from the store General Manager in response to an issue I had that the store had no control over. His email was understanding and professional. It's great to be able to shop from an actual store location. These are challenging times, but we need to remember that things are going to get better in time.”

Despite being understaffed due to a couple of call-outs, the Apple specialist went above and beyond to assist my Dad with the purchase of a Mini Mac and all the necessary cords. The Mac mini with M2 chip, 8GB, 256GB SSD has proven to be an awesome computer, delivering exceptional speed and performance. “I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !”
