I had an appointment from 9:15 to 9:30. Was called in @ 9:20. The clerk at the passport center was very friendly and quick. She had me out in only 10 minutes.

I had my passport appointment yesterday and I had a problem with my birth certificate and the clerk who was attending me who went by the name Estelle was really helpful and bundle of joy !! Thanks so much Estelle for being kind and helpful.

The staff still needs to learn what customer service is. They are not interested in solving your concerns; they do not care.
