I normally layout my projects myself and use them for printing only, and they have called me if they see any issues prior to the job being printed. Sometimes the lines waiting for customer service are wonky, but overall I appreciate this location. If you search online, you can usually find a code for a discount.”

“I have had a box with this branch for so many years I cannot remember. From the beginning, all the employees including the manager have been polite, helpful and have gone above and beyond whenever required to assist me with anything I needed. I have been out of the country with no knowledge that my box had expired and they took every step possible to contact me and to assure that my box did not cancel without informing me first. I would like to say at a time where customer service seriously lacks that I am proud to be a client at this branch.”

Note; these are expensive items too, always in the $500+ range for a couple cards.Sad to see the care the post office gives be scrutinized by the rare few with strong negative opinions.”

“My son had an appointment on Friday at the end of the day for passport renewal. Unfortunately, he didn't have all of the required I.Ds because he is in the process of getting his license. I then had to step in as a parent and fill out a separate paper but since I was not aware of this, I also didn't have a second ID. I couldn't go home to get it because they were closing already so she asked us to come on Saturday at 8:30 am. And she wrote her name on the paper to remind herself that she would help us our. We went as told with everything ready and once again, she was very polite and patient. We did complete our renewal process.THANK YOU Katiuska for all of your help! I hope everyone get helped by her, she was awesome and seemed to enjoy her job!”
