She is super quick, professional in her attitude, calm under pressure (since the lobby was full and she was by herself), courteous, and smiled with everyone she helped. She made me feel like a valued customer and I look forward to her assisting me again. On a side note, i do have a complaint. The male supervisor would come out and see the long line and he did not jump in to help his colleague who was hustling all by herself. Not cool!40 year resident.”
