Also it might just be the New Yorker in me but I prefer to support small businesses. Especially when they are superior to a Home Depot or Lowe's.”

“They had 5 reserved parking spaces (I think was 5). Im glad they had those parking spaces because space is limited in that area. I went in for a Tap & Die which they had. They had all kinds of nuts and bolts and washers. I'm not sure for the pricing of those products. When I have the need for any bolts I will definitely check here first before I go to Home Depot or Lowes.”

“First time I used their curbside pick up and the experience was horrible. Followed all the prompts via the app and waited for ten minutes before I went inside to see what was going on and all I got were excuses. The end result was once the order was finally pulled, palletized and loaded into my truck 40 minutes had elapsed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole process of ordering online and messaging system to save time. The second time around was 180 degrees different! I didn't even have time to lower my tailgate before someone came out to greet me and direct me to where my truck would be loaded! Forklift was ready and waiting. Awesome experience and never had a problem with the staff just the process.”

“This Lowe's is nice, and the employees are always helpful. In particular on Sunday 1/28 around noon , Joe in the garden department helped me find the right weed killer for a persistent yucca. He approached offering help and even went to the back to get a better item for my needs. Joe, you saved the day and my front yard is looking better than ever. Our HOA is happy again, lol. I've misplaced my receipt so I'm unable to do the survey for Joe, but his customer service was excellent and he deserves recognition for it!!! Thank you, Joe!!”
