“Coming from Chowchilla, I got a flat tire in Madera. Happened to be close to H.O tire madera location, they had the tire in stock for me when I called. They said come down and for 55$ they can replace it. I showed up with my wife and 2 babies, they got straight to work and had a tire on my van in about 10-15 minutes if that. When I went inside the owner realized I had bought my tires from the chowchilla location and took care of me for no charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of the help! Thanks again guys ?”

He's always been professional, quick, helpful, and works with you. I don't have much money and I know I can trust him, not to over charge me or do anything shady. He arranged for me to get a shuttle ride back to work. Alex called me as soon as my truck was ready. When I picked up my truck Alex went over my work order line by line. Once very thing was done he walked me to my truck and thanked me for trusting him with my business.”
